Getting Started?

I'm sure I missed something in the setup, but noob to AstroPrint and need some help. I went through the initial setup without connecting to my printer (because it wasn't close enough). Shutdown, moved the AstroBox (Raspberry Pi) and booted up with the printer . . . now I can't see the "astroprint-xxx" WiFi, can't figure out how to find the printer through cloud.astroprint.com and am at a loss at either what I missed to setup or what I'm missing in general.

Do I still need the second WiFi dongle (this is a Raspberry Pi 3)? Do I still connect through the "astroprint-xxx" WiFi (which I can't find anymore either)? Should I be seeing/finding something online to see the rPi AstroBox? How do I get it to see the printer and configure?

Any help is juch appreciated, thanks!
