We are just about to release some major updates to how you can add users to your account.
Once those updates are live, and tested, we'll put a video here to walk you through the features.
In a nutshell, there are several ways to add users to your platform:
- Invite by typing/pasting email addresses.
- SSO - Set a default Role and Group for everyone that logs in through your SSO platform. (Ex: Everyone at your University is a 'General Student' with access to the 'Library 3D Printer Lab' by default.)
- Bulk CSV import - launching soon. Will include the ability to set groups and roles via csv file.
